We've handpicked rums from niche distilleries across the Caribbean - Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. From there, we bring the rum home to NZ. Carefully blend them, infuse the mix with our select blend of spices and delicately balance it all with pure H2O.

The end result? A spiced golden rum with first-class flavour, finishing, and finesse.

Silky smooth on the palate with a light honey introduction, tiered with hints of cinnamon, tarragon, subtle notes of star anise, sweet citrus, tonka and cacao with a marzipan finish.
